JAX is a regional leader in the construction material supply market segment, with over 30 years of experience and tradition. The main activity of the company is the trade of building materials, ceramic tiles, and sanitary ware, doors and floor coverings, tools and protective equipment, and swimming pools and pool equipment.

When it was founded the company had only four employees, but through growth and development, today it has five sales centers in five locations and around 85 employees.

In 2021, JAX decided to completely modernize and redesign its brand and invest in a new marketing approach. As a first step, the new strategy required extensive research and analysis of the current market situation, based on which we developed a completely new, detailed communication strategy that includes everything from online to offline marketing, media communication, and communication with various target groups. Based on it, we have developed a detailed strategy for digital marketing and management of social media and online advertising. We also standardized the visual identity and created a new website.

The new website was activated in September 2021 and supports all customer requirements: visibility, modern design in accordance with the brand, quick access to information, and ease of use for employees and customers. Includes a Wish List through which customers can send inquiries to one or more JAX departments with a single click. Inquiries are automatically filtered for departments, thus facilitating the flow of information and speeding up the time to respond to inquiries. The website also offers a thorough overview of products and their specifics, prices, and promotions for selected products, and also offers an overview of references, company business, news, and many other benefits.

At the same time, a digital marketing strategy was implemented that includes managing the company’s Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn profiles, Google My Business profiles, content creation, design, and advertising on Facebook and Google through Search and Display ads.

Prospekt took care of offline marketing through the design and lease of billboards, newspaper ads, radio ads, and the exterior and interior signalization of sales centres, that is currently underway. We also made business materials such as business cards, employee uniforms, memoranda, e-mail signatures, and other necessary materials.

For JAX, we continue to work on the full implementation of the new strategy, website maintenance, and marketing consulting for the company.
