With nothing but a vague idea we took silly steps into finding our first clients, and for some reason we taught it would be great idea to develop own CMS system that took a few years of our life and gained no revenue.

2005 — 2010

Baby steps

Apart from starting to establish our name and long term business relationships we were selling Envato items and participating in contests. Most meaningful one was awarded by Croatian Design Society for the best branding, for our visual identity of the Dubrovnik-Neretva County Tourist Board. . This project gained publicity and followed by many new design requests.

We have delivered over 100 projects and employed 10 creative individuals.

2010 — 2015

Fight to demonstrate value

After 10 years in the business, it was time to move from our small rented offices into our  own working space. Maintaining stability and growth is our main mission and it was recognized as when we received the Bisnode AAA rating, awarding us Platinum status for financial stability.

Investing in quality and knowledge became a priority so our team members gained relevant certifications on Interaction Design, Norman Neilsen, PMI and Coursera platforms.

2015 — 2020

Growth and sustainability

Supporting sustainability, we got certified as a green office and received ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 compliance certifications. We’ve founded the EU projects visibility and PR department that completed over 20 projects in just one year.

There are over 20 of us now - our team keeps growing with new ambitious and talented young individuals. We can't wait to see what the future brings!
